Spring catwalks were bursting with pretty florals. Fresh picked frocks like this "Garden Pleat Dress" from American Eagle ($40) will be in heavy rotation once warm temps arrive. I can't wait to wear mine with a distressed denim jacket and strappy leather sandals.
