Why Every Woman Must Have At Least One Pair Of Black High Heel Shoes In Their Wardrobe

There are some fashion items that are must haves for everyone. Just like a man needs to have at the very least a pair of black shoes and a pair of brown shoes, every woman needs to own a pair of black high heel shoes. These shoes can be interchanged with so many different elements in your wardrobe that it is essential to have them. Most women I know have numerous pairs of high heel shoes in many different colors that are to be worn with certain out fits but the great thing about black is that it goes with so many different things and they aren't seasonal either.

Not only can black high heel shoes be worn with evening wear and business suits or dresses but they also go great with a pair of jeans. One of the big benefits of these shoes is that they can be used to bring together a great formal look or even dress up a pair of jeans. Wearing jeans, with a plain white shirt and black high heels is a very sexy look and it is very inexpensive. You can have the entire outfit for under a hundred bucks!

Unlike some fad colors like silver, gold, etc black will never go out of style. With many other shoe styles and colors you will find that they simply go out of style in many cases after only a season. For this reason you can feel comfortable investing more on black high heels because they will never go out of style, therefore you can keep them for years. I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of money on the fad colors and styles because they may only be in style a few months and then you never wear them again.

It is also highly recommended that you have two or three different pairs. Maybe you want to have a lower and wider heel for work and then a taller stiletto heel for going out. These as I said before look very sexy with a pair of jeans or a short skirt. You also may want a pair that are more open maybe for a more formal look. You also may want to look at different shades and finishes of black that give you different looks. Black is one color that you simply can not be without and needs to be included in every woman's wardrobe. It doesn't matter what kind of event you are attending, whether going to work or a night out you just can't go wrong with black high heels. Get on the internet and you can shop for them without even leaving your house and you will have access to shoes from all over the world.

Why Boot Stitching Is Very Important To The Quality Of Your Boots

You can always tell a good boot by its stitching. It will be neat and small, and barely noticeable. In contrast a poorly made boot has big stitching, so big it draws your eye away from the style and to the ugly criss crosses.

But is there is there a real difference. There is a difference. Poorly stitched footwear will be cheap. The kind of boot you find at a discount store emblazoned with a brand name you've never heard of. You will go for a hike in these boots and they may most likely split at the poorly stitched seam. Well stitched boots on the other hand can last years if you look after them well. You can walk up mountains, trek hundreds of miles, and though the boots will wear down it will take much longer.

So what is quality stitching? Well the general guideline is that is the stitching together of quality material. Whether this is suede or black leather, if the material is good you are halfway there. So parts of suede, for example, are stitched together using small stitches that will not break unless put under great strain. There you have it the boot is made. But we're not totally happy with the work so we have to quickly check if they are the same size and shape. A pair obviously has to match.

That was a quick overview so lets look at it in a bit more detail. First of all the sole. This is probably the most important part of the shoe and the part that is under the greatest stain because obviously our feet are constantly pushing down on it. So it has to be strong. The sole is stitched using leather. Leather is obviously a strong material and will last probably as long as any other part of the boot.

The toe of a boot should be strong as well. This is often the first part to break because of the movement of the foot against the front of the boot. Press it at the end. Is the material strong? If it is then you have a good toe.

The heel of a boot is often what gives it its style. Think of the elegance of cowboy boots or the fun, quirky look of platforms. For the heel quality boots use bits of leather and stack them up until they have the right size. These are necessary not stitched together or even stitched to the boot; instead good shoe glue can be used.

The best thing to remember is that boots don't have to be perfect. Of course both pairs have to fit the same size feet and that fit should be comfortable and provide support. That is where the quality comes from, and if there is a few minor hitches for example one boot slightly tall than the other as long as the difference isn't big it only adds character.

Tips In Buying The Correct Running Shoes

Without a doubt, running shoes are the most important thing that you will buy. The correct running shoe will cause your runs to go more smoothly and helps to prevent injury.

There are basically 3 types of running shoes: Motion control shoes, Stability shoes and Cushioned shoes. Each of these types of shoes are made for a certain foot type. So, you need to determine what foot type that you have.

The best way to determine which foot type you are is fairly simple. Wet the bottom of your foot. Then step onto a brown bag, a heavy piece of paper or a piece of thin cardboard (the type that comes in dress shirts). Remove your foot and look at the imprint. By this, you can determine your foot type.

1. Low arches - Flat feet. If you see your whole foot - you have flat feet. If you have this type of foot, then you need Motion Control shoes. Runners with flat feet generally hit the ground with the outside of their foot and then the foot rolls inward. Motion Control shoes are more rigid and usually have a wider sole. This will help prevent the excess rotation of the foot.

2. Medium arches - normal. This is the most common foot type. Runners with a normal foot type can wear any shoe type - but it is generally suggested that they wear Stability shoes. Stability shoes will give you a moderate amount of arch support. Stability shoes have elements of all types of running shoes in them. Some rigidity is required but not too much so normal pronation is allowed. Some cushioning is required to absorb the shock. These elements will help prevent injuries that the wrong footwear can cause.

3. High arches. This is the least common. Runners with high arches hardly have any rotation at all when they run. This can result in too much shock travelling up your legs. High-arched runners are more likely to get shin splints and knee injuries. Cushioned running shoes will absorb the shock, so are a must for this type of runner. Runners with high arches also must stay away from stability shoes as they want rotation in their foot.

Running is a great activity and can keep you fit and overall healthy for life. However, you need to be sure that you have the correct shoe for your foot type. I hope that this will help you when you go to buy your next pair of shoes.
